NX engage and retract options are missing from the VASC dialog

Customer has found that the standard Engage and Retract options are no longer on the surface contouring dialog under the Non Cutting Moves node:

By default, the smoothing option is enabled in these operations. To get the expected Engage and Retract parameters, uncheck the Override With Smooth Connections option:
