NX Unable to create geometry between measurement objects in assembly environment

In the top assembly, can create geometry between objects during Measure command, but cannot create it if one component part under the top assembly is made Work Part.

Reproduced Steps:

1. Create an assembly and some components

2. Define one part as the work part

3. Perform “Measure” command

*** Please see “Settings” in the measure dialog. “Create Geometry” toggle should be set to “OFF”.

The behavior is working as designed. To create geometry as a work part other than the top assembly, it needs to set “Allow Geometry Creation during Design in Context” to “ON” by Customer Default > Analysis > Measurement > Legacy in advance.
