NX PMI Coordinate Note does not follow when rotating component

In the assembly environment, PMI Coordinate Note does not follow and are moved to an unintended location when the component is rotated.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a component in a top assembly and PMI Coordinate Note in the component.

2. Open the top assembly and then rotate the component e.g. “Motion/Dynamic” in “Move Component”.

*** PMI Coordinate Note is moved to an unintended location.

Result:

The behavior is due to NX problem and is fixed in NX 2306 Series.　There is no workaround, so Siemens would like you to use PMI Coordinate Note only when there is no rotational translation under the assembly.

The behavior occurs in NX 1872 - NX 2206.

The Behavior only occurs in PMI Coordinate Note. There is no problem with Note, General Note, Specific Note, etc.

Parallel movement of the component has no problem, it only happens with rotation.

In addition, when performing "Add Component", a problem also occurs if the component is moved by rotation.
