NX Intellectual Property Protection Tab is not available

Intellectual Property Protection Tab is not available in Customer Defaults

If Teamcenter preference TC_session_clearance is set to a value "block" then you don't get Inellectual Property Protection Tab.

Set the TC preference with no value as showin below image to get  Intellectual Property Protection Tab in Customer Defaults
