NX Simulation Tab is not available in File New Dialog

Simulation Tab is missing in File New Dialog

If Teamcenter preference TC_part_types_display_filter is set and if CAE* items are not added to the prefence then Simulation Tab doesn't available.

Add CAE* item types to the Teamcenter Preference.
