NX Cannot Output Operator Message when using Local Return

A Turning operation is created to rough a part. The material is difficult to machine so the Local Return option is used to periodically change the cutter inserts. At a set interval the tool will retract to a safe position, Stop the machine and display an Operator Message. When posted, though, the Operator Message is missing. What can be done to output this text?

Adding an Operator Message to the Start of Path Events caused the Local Return Operator Message to be output.

This issue is reported to be fixed in NX2306.
