Insights Hub In VFC how to read CSV files from the local PC?

Can you please let us know if is there a way we can read the data from a csv file located in the local PC or server by using any VFC nodes?

The customer can read resources that are present in MindSphere.  the user can upload the file to IoT files or data lake first and then they can read it. VFC has the "sftp" node if the customer wants to read data from the FTP server. but there is no other way to read data from a local PC.
