Solid Edge Solid Edge Cloud License - Multiple login with the same account on multiple clients (machines)?

If a user logins to a machine with a Solid Edge Cloud license, would it be possible for the same user to then login with the same Webkey account on another workstation simultaneously? 

When the user logs in on a client (machine) with their Webkey, the status of the license is checked with the Siemens Cloud server.

If the same user then logs in using the same Webkey on another client, the checkout of the license will be refused, unless the first login has released the license.  So a Webkey can check out a license on multiple machines but only one at a time.
