The customer has a cloud enabled License for Solid Edge. Now they want to change the password.
How can they do that ?
SolutionCloud Licenses are always connected to the Webkey of a customer. Every Webkey has a password, which can easily be managed by the customer in Support Center. Simply login into Support Center with your Webkey and password
After that, in the upper right you will see your initials in a symbol:
Click on that colored symbol with your initials:
You will then see the option to edit your profile.
Click on Profile, you will then see this:
Click " Change your Password". In this case an email will be sent to the Email Address in the field "Email Address" and there you will be able to reset and to create a new password.
