Solid Edge Solid Edge 2023 requires a license to use Assembly PMI Text

A user experiences a problem using PMI in Solid Edge 2023.  When trying to place a PMI Annotation Textbox in an assembly there is an error: "You do not have a valid license to use this command".

The PMI Textbox command is licensed under the Solid Edge Advanced PMI add-on, therefore this command requires the add-on product Advanced PMI.
