File extension and file class ID do not match for file

While saving an assembly getting file extension and file class ID do not match for file for specific SE Sheetmetal file. 

The issue was with SE file name extension, the file extension was changed manually from .psm to .prt.

After changing the file name extension to .psm and drag and drop the SE file from unmanaged library allowed to save the assembly.
