The Parts List Template is all one color. However, when the Parts List is placed into an assembly drawing, the Header rows are still the original color, but the new rows that list the callouts of the components are a different color.
More than likely, the Header rows have one color applied, and that is all you see in the Parts List Template, since there are no expanded component rows yet. But the Parts List rows of information are another color. The Header and rows do have the color applied. But the rows in the Parts List have another color applied.
1. Open your Parts List Template part.
2. In the Menu, select 'Edit-->Object Display' and select the Parts List. OK.
3. Notice the color of the Parts List itself is (for example) "Strong Ice"...this will cause new rows in the Parts List to take on this Parts List color.
4. Change this to (for example) "Pale Emerald" so the Parts List color matches the Header and Column Header row color.
5. Save the part.
6. Now when this Parts List is added to a drawing, all rows will be the same color.
