Import STEP File Coordinate System Not Importing Even Though It Is Selected

By default the "Coordinate Systems" option is off in both Open-> Step and Import-> Step dialogs.

To change this, select the Options button on the File-> Open dialog

Toggle ON Coordinate Systems in all three STEP versions

Once the user toggles them on, that choice is written to dialog memory and will persist in future NX sessions.
