Solid Edge Property text in a text profile is reversed (right to left)

The user places a profile text in his part and wants to place a property text, in this example the file name. The result is that the text appears in reversed order.  E.g. 'MyPart' is placed 'traPyM'.

The Windows Setting 'Language for non-Unicode programs' influences this behaviour.  If that is set to 'Hebrew (Israel)' property text in text profile is placed backwards.  You find that setting in Windows Settings - Time & Language - Language - Administrative Language settings - Tab: Administrative. Change that setting to e.g. English and the profile text will then write left to right.
