NX Using "Merge Path" to combine CAM operations

Is there a way to combine multiple operations into a single path?

Yes, you can use the Merge Path program group to do this under certain conditions.

You can use the Merge Path operation subtype to combine two or more operations into a single operation to improve machining efficiency.

You combine operations using the Operation Navigator and the Create Program dialog box.

You can also use the Create Program command to create a new program group, and can then add operations to it.

Note:

The operations you merge must all use the same tool.
