How to place callouts for all those components in modeling application?

There are two possible methods for creating auto ballooning in modeling space.

Method1:  Execute "Part List "command(of drafting) in Modeling application.

Method2:  Execute "Create Part Table" MBD rule(OOTB Rule) to create PMI Labels.
