NX Unable to save the assembly after creating new arrangement

In NX Customer defaults "Synchronize Assembly Arrangements is ON".

1.      Launch NX from Standalone AWC.

2.      Create a simple assembly

3.      Create Arrangement2

4.      Save the Assembly

5.       In AWC, change the arrangement to Arrangement2 for the Assembly

6.      From NX delete the Arrangement2 and recreate the arrangement with same name as Arrangement2.

7.      Now Save the Assembly

Below error occurs.

    "There were errors importing assembly arrangement PLMXML document to Teamcenter".

The error is due to different Teamcenter sessions used by Standalone AWC and NX.

User created a new “Arrangement 2” in NX after deleting the first one doesn’t matter because although the new arrangement has the same name as the old one, but it is a different object, and so the arrangement save will want to delete the existing Arrangement 2 in TC (which no longer exists in NX) and create a new Arrangement 2.
