 Thread lines are not reflected in non-history mode in drafting views.

In NX1899 or earlier when we create thread in non-history mode then thread feature gets created(not visible in part navigator) but this feature has all the necessary information to display threads in drafting view.

From NX2007 design is changed, we removed all features in non-history mode so threads are not displayed in drafting views.
