Unable to select some features in a sketch as well as modeling.

This is an issue for Bounding Box setting in NX. Check customer default to see what value is set in this option, put a value bigger than 265000 or as per the maximum dimensions you are using in your sketches and check again

Customer default - Gateway - visualization - view/screen - Maximum Size for an object's Bounding Box

We can set the limit by changing the above parameter. See the below snapshot -

Or make the changes in the Menu > Preference > Visualization > View > Interaction > and change the value of Object Bounding Box Maximum Size (mm) as per your requirement. See the below snapshot-
