TDP templates are not recognized or available after import in TCIN.

While Importing the TDP template the "Publish Optional Information” toggle should be always turned on if the user wants to import a TDP template into the TC database using the “Import Assembly into Teamcenter” window because the “Publish Optional Information” populates QAF which required to identify the template.

Or Resave the TDP template data in NX once it's imported.
