The “Requested library could not be loaded" Error opening UGPart/ UGmaster from Teamcenter/ AWC into NX. Standalone NX is working fine.

Seems to be some corruption with the libraries from NXBIN Folder. Try to replace the NXBIN Folder from the Good machine with the Bad machine and validate the issue. If the issue still persists reinstall the NX.
