Solid Edge File Preview is shown black, except for drafts.
SolutionAs a test, user should change "Application Display" to "Software driven".
If preview is working afterwards, usually it is a Graphic Driver issue.
In most cases, updating the graphic driver to the latest version will do the trick,
BUT if customer is using "elder" versions of Solid Edge, also a DOWNGRADE of the graphic driver should be tested.
If "elder" versions of Solid Edge are running on an "elder" Windows version, also an "elder" graphic driver should be tested.
