Summary

Details

The customer has created a drawing from a Solid Edge assembly that contains a pipe segment.  When they place a drawing view the centerlines are seen.

They access Drawing View Properties and in the Drawing View Display Defaults toggle off 'Show tube centerlines'.

However, this does not hide the centerlines.  Why?

Solution

The reason for this is that any change you make in the Drawing View Display Defaults dialog box are not applied until you either make and apply a change on the Display tab, or select the 'Restore Default Display Settings button.

Then update the Drawing View.  The centerlines are now not shown.

Notes
