Tecnomatix XML PARSING ERROR WHEN SAVING TO EMSERVER IN PROCESS SIMULATE

There is a Process Simulate user who cannot save his study to the eM-Server. He keeps getting the following error. He has tried to restart his laptop.

"The file is not valid for the following reasons: XML parsing error: 'A security package specific error occurred,'. line number 1. Column =0"

Please create/change the value of the following registry key on the Windows Server machine:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\Kerberos\Parameters]"supportedencryptiontypes"=dword:7ffffff8

This is the non-working value.

"supportedencryptiontypes"=dword:7ffffffc

This is the value that works.

After adding/correcting the value, the server must be rebooted for the new value to go into effect.
