In Solid Edge Wiring and Harness Design (SEWHD) is there a capability to automatically name/number wires and components based upon their zone in a diagram?

Solution

Presently zone attribute can be displayed only for devices - see image, below.

Zone attribute cannot be displayed for wires.  Below are the attributes that can be automatically displayed for wires. 


If the user wants to display the zone information for the wire, then this will need to be a dedicated customization.
