Solid Edge Cannot add dimensions to place drawing blocks

Customer wants to place 2D Blocks in the 2D-Model area. When the user is placing two blocks, they cannot add a dimension. An error message appears

The customer is trying to edit the dimension while the Auto-Scale Sketch command is ON. Due to which the error message dialog popups and this is the correct behavior.

The work around for this issue is to switch OFF the Auto-Scale Sketch command and then edit the dimension.
