Flat pattern view callouts are not shown in drafting view.

Starting in NX 2206, Flat Pattern callouts have been replaced by PMIs. The callouts can be made visible in the view settings by setting the Inherited PMI drop-down menu to 'From Model View'. For pre-NX 2206 parts, the Flat Pattern Callouts options can be used to control the display.
