In this scenario, the customer is using SEEC with hosted Active Workspace Client (AWC).
If they click on the AWC icon or RMB - show Teamcenter information, the AWC windows appears but remains blue and empty. In contrast, on the server side Active Workspace appears as expected.
If launched from an Edge browser session it works fine.
They have already setup regional settings in English and SEEC interface is in English but nothing changes.
What action needs to be done in order to get AWC to work?
SolutionOn the client where hosted AWC is not working try renaming the EBWebView folder and then restart Solid Edge.
This will reset embedded Microsoft Edge.
