Invalid Sub Component error.

Reprinted below.

1) One or more Equipment sub components are missing or lack engineering information. Please use ‘Create Engineering Library’ or ‘Update Engineering Data’ to create or update the data in the component.

2) Invalid Sub Component.

Solution

1) <path-to-the-cojt-of-the-equipment> - One of more Equipment sub components are missing or lack engineering information. Please use ‘Create Engineering Library’ or ‘Update Engineering Data’ to create or update the data in the component.

2) <path-to-the-cojt-of-problematic-sub-component> - Invalid subcomponent.

The first error messages suggests the Create Engineering Library.

The problem is that this command is not available in PS disconnected.

One should use the Define Component Type command instead:

Using this command, one can define the component type for the cojt from the second error message (the one ending in ROBOT_PathSegs_v2.cojt).

Note:

The component type for this cojt was most probably already defined in the past, but in the context of some eMServer project.

Now the customer is working entirely disconnected. The study (PSZ) itself was also created disconnected from any eMServer project.

It is required that the component types are defined in the context of this virtual disconnected project.
