NX Reuse Library Locking Parameters in Excel Sheet

When using an excel sheet auxiliary file along with your reusable object, some defined parameters are list of values, and may not be edited manually, or accidentally.

The parameters in Spreadsheet Excel file, if preceded by an asterisk (*) is pre-locked.
The parameters Spreadsheet Excel file, if preceded by two asterisks (**) is read only
