Tecnomatix error: "The object exporter specified was not found"

When "save scenario" from eMclient (Process Designer), got error: "The object exporter specified was not found".

This error normally caused by network issue(DCOM/communication) between eMserver and eMclient. Customer ping each other's IP address and hostname on eMserver and eMclient respectively, and found IP address and hostname did not match. After fixing the IP address and hostname issues, the issue has been addressed.
