TCRA Error":"Service TCRATestTC03 is not registered

Check the deployment logs 

Check the database connection. 

Launch TcRA installer. Point to the existing TcRA war file, click on the metadata tab . Enter the details for the database and click on Test connection. Make sure Test Connection is successful. 

Delete the metadata.dat from license server folder and Restart license server

Deploy the TcRA war file again
