Teamcenter Restrict the Owning user from deleting the Workflow reference from Impact Analysis tab.

Owning user are able to delete the Workflow reference from Impact analysis once the object is released. Need to restrict deletion of the initiated workflow instance from Impact analysis once the object is released.

The owning user can be restricted from deleting the workflow from Impact Analysis by removing delete access in the ACL for EPMJob Class.

 It will restrict owning user from deleting any workflow process. Only Admin will have access to delete processes.
