Maintenance Pack 9 (MP09) for Teamcenter Enterprise 8.1 and 9.0 is available for download from Support Center.
This Maintenance Pack supports direct download from Support Center. The downloadable Zip files are built to be self-extracting by "executing" with "java -jar" or equivalent. This replaces the programmatic download functions within the Maintenance Pack Manager. The MPM main menu no longer includes networking functions related to downloading. Please see the Release Bulletin for further details.
This Maintenance Pack includes corrections for problems (PR's) which were reported against Teamcenter Enterprise 9.0 by PLM Support, problems reported against other releases, and problems detected internally by the Teamcenter Enterprise Team.
On Windows, the main compiler is Visual Studio 2019. Custom client support is available for older Visual Studio versions. This is the last Maintenance Pack that will include support any older version of Visual Studio. Starting in 2024, sites will need to install MP09 or higher in order to receive code patches. This support limitation will be separately documented and explained with further details in a subsequent Software Field Bulletin. Siemens recommends that all sites that are running Teamcenter Enterprise on Windows plan to install MP09 or a newer MP.
Support for CAD Integrations includes NX 12 & 1953, and Creo Parametric 5.0 & 7.0. Support for older versions is withdrawn. The integration with NX 1953 also supports newer NX versions.

Teamcenter Enterprise third-party support is documented in the server installation manuals. It is conceptually unchanged, but the age of the supported releases mandates that the minimum versions increase. Siemens cannot support Teamcenter Enterprise on third-party software versions for which the third-party vendors have ended support. For example, in order to receive code patches, sites are expected to update operating systems to supported versions according to each operating system's support life cycle.
