NX Component Pattern Not Displayed in Assembly Navigator

After creating a new component pattern, no Component Pattern feature is displayed in the Assembly Navigator.

If no Component Pattern is created in the Assembly Navigator, verify if the Associative option is checked when creating the Component Pattern.

 If the option is not checked, the pattern will be created but it won't display in the Assembly Navigator.

 To display the Associative option make sure the  Pattern Component dialog is set to display all options by selecting the Gear icon in the upper left-hand corner of the dialog, and setting it to '(More)'.

 Expand the Settings portion of the dialog and check the Associative option.
