Teamcenter Owning Project and Projects section not visible in create page in Active Workspace

Customer has recently updated their TC and Active workspace from TC 12.4 and AW 5.2.4 to TC 13.1 and AW 6.1.

After update while creating change objects like  ECN,ECR and Variance notice etc. they were not able to see Owning Project and Project section on creation dialogue.

We have found that in customer environment for Both ChangeItem and ChangeItemRevision the  business object constant "Fnd0EnableAssignToProjects" was "false".

Therefore following was the solution provided to customer:

Please make business object constant "Fnd0EnableAssignToProjects = true"

Operation Descriptor ---> CreateInput------> BusinessObjectConstant for both Change Item and Change Item Revision or custom change object as per their requirements.
