NX IMM Search material error out: An internal Error occurred in the Teamcenter SOA client

When searching for IMM material using Attribute option, it causes TC server crash with NXOpen.NXException: An internal Error occurred in the Teamcenter SOA client

Remove all values from the preference IMM_CAD_MATERIAL_VIEW_COLUMN_CONFIG.

This is caused mostly by the attribute owning_user in later TC, there is like a write access check.

This is fixed in IMM 13.3.02.
