Unable to add command to Ribbon Tab after using command finder Search.

In NX1953 series and prior, you can use Command Finder search for a command, once you find it, then you would have several options to customize it as below:

How can you accomplish this task in NX2206?

Since the Search has been moved to Global Search dialog, you have to use a different method to add the found command to the ribbon toolbar.

After performing Search on your specific command and found it --> Click on "Commands" tab --> highlight the found command --> click on the arrow on the lower right to see the options to add to the different toolbar as desired.
