NX I am unable to correctly resize PMI flagnotes for parts created in NX 2206

Users add Custom Symbols as appended text in a PMI dimension and are unable to control the symbol size

The user needs to DISABLE the following Early Access Feature

Activates WYSIWYG UI for additional text input

This will then allow them access to the SCALE setting in the Appended Text dialog
