Teamcenter White screen is displayed in RAC when trying to start Study Manager application

Having an issue with Study Manager not working in Teamcenter 13.2.0.8 RAC.

Followed the installation guide for EasyPlan6.0. AWC 6.0.1 is installed. The required JAR files were copied to RAC and preferences were updated. The EasyPlan WAR file was deployed. Study manager is accessible from Process Simulate and connects to our Teamcenter environment. In RAC the study manager menu option is available, but only a white screen is displayed when a CCO object is opened.

1- The initial issue was caused by not having the com.teamcenter.rac.tcmaccess_13000.2.0 jar file. (We had 13000.0.0) 

2- Opening permissions on the JAVA directory to allow the creation of the javaw.exe.WebView2 folder.
