What are the differences in x_t, x_b, xmt_txt, xmt_bin formats?
SolutionThere are two main differences between x_t/xmt_txt (text format) and x_b/xmt_bin (binary format):
The first is an NX case: NX only handles convergent bodies coming from x_b/xmt_bin files.
The other is directly from Parasolid: x_b/xmt_bin is a more stable file format than x_t/xmt_txt.
As such, we recommend using x_b/xmt_bin as the default format for Parasolid transmit files.
