Teamcenter Sponsor was unable to add recipient.

Sponsor was unable to add recipient in the DDE.

It looks like the file Sc0SoaSupplierCollaborationMap.properties does not present inside folder "%TC_DATA%\soa".

We see that the current Sc0SoaSupplierCollaborationMap.properties file needs to be updated.  Other option is to compare the current file Vs the one located in the kit provided .

Since the file Sc0SoaSupplierCollaborationMap.properties does not present inside folder "%TC_DATA%\soa",

1. We copied the file from provided kit, extract "data.zip" to local disk.[Note: Copying the data files present in a patch kit to installation folder "%TC_DATA% is a patch process ].

2. Copy the file Sc0SoaSupplierCollaborationMap.properties present inside folder "data\soa" and paste it to "%TC_DATA%\soa.

3. Stop and restart the server and launch RAC.

4. Tested the use-case and now we are able to add the  recipient in the DDE.
