Teamcenter Visualization Error: Could not query number of pages when running prepare.exe on an NX prt file

When running prepare.exe on an NX file, no file creates and the error above shows up.

Opening the same file in Teamcenter Visualization mockup shows an error, too.

This is because of missing CGM datas not stored in the NX prt.

To correct this:

- Open the prt in NX

- "File > Options > Save Options"

- Switch on  "Save Drawing CGM data" and Save the prt file

Now the file translates fine preview .exe
