Tecnomatix License not found when running as Administrator

Customer is trying to run Process Simulate as administrator. This is causing 'License not available' error from Process Simulate. When they run it without admin privilege, it is OK, they are able to grab a license. What could be the issue? 

Solution

Start Licensing Tool as Administrator. 

Re-enter the license server settings on the Environment tab.


Start Process Simulate normally.
