Assembly Navigator no longer shows multiple components

After upgrading to a newer NX version the components show as "X2" in the assembly navigator. How do we revert back to showing multiple components.

Set the customer Default setting "Pack Components" to determine if the components occurrences get packed or unpacked.

The default setting is toggled ON

Gateway --> Assembly Navigator --> All (tab) --> Pack Components
