Details

When you are trying to upload sensor data to MindSphere via MindConnect devices such as MindConnect Nano, MindConnect IoT2040, MindConnect IoT2050 or MindConnect Software Agent, you may face errors during the steps.

You may resolve it by your self or you should create support ticket for help.

Solution

First of all, please read through documents about your MindConnect Device and check all the physical connections and configurations.

If the error is not resolved yet, please follow the steps:

1. Adjust system time of your MindConnect device and try again.

MindConnect IoT2040: Change system time
MindConnect IoT2050: Change system time
MindConnect Nano: Change system time

NOTE1: you should set the current UTC time.
NOTE2: This does not apply to MindConnect Software Agent

2. Update firmware manually and try again.

3. Refer to Troubleshooting section of the document.

If the error still exists, please send a support case via Siemens Support Center with following information for quick investigating and resolution.

a. Extended log files of the MindConnect device 

MindConnect IoT2040: Copy extended logs to USB stick
MindConnect IoT2050: Copy extended logs to USB stick
MindConnect Nano: Copy extended logs to USB stick

NOTE: This does not apply to MindConnect Software Agent

b. LED sequences of the MindConnect device
