Solid Edge Scale error in symbol embedded into Block

When embedding a Dimension or Annotation such as a Feature Control Frame into a Block, the Annotation is not then scaled when changing the Block size.

How can this be controlled?

In Symbol Properties - Behavior tab, Set the option  'Scale dimensions and annotations' and the Dimension/Annotation will be scaled accordingly.
