Solid Edge Unable to start Solid Edge Electrical Manager.

Electrical Manager will not start. Fails with Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start.

Solution

- browse to C:\Program Files\Siemens 
- select Properties on the "Solid Edge Wiring and Harness Design 2022" folder 
- add System to have full control over security of the folder 


** might need to add local admin and network admin 

- start the Electrical Manager service
