Solid Edge How to set Fit to print margins value to default for every drawing in Print options?

User not able to set 'Fit to printer margins' as default for every drawing in Print options.

The "Fit to printer margins" / "Manual scale" option is not stored as a preference. It is decided when the print command is run based on the sheet size and the paper size of the selected printer. If the paper size is smaller than the sheet size, "Fit to printer margins" is selected. Otherwise, "Manual Scale is selected".  It is assumed that the default paper size of the printer in question is greater than or equal to the size of the sheet.

These other two printers (Solid Edge Velocity PS Printer and Microsoft Print to pdf) normally default to Letter size paper (8.5 x 11 inches).  We assume that the customers sheet size is larger than this paper size causing "Fit to printer margins" to be the default.
