Solid Edge SEWHD Borrow license - Licensing tool not available in installation folder

The user wants to use license borrowing with Solid Edge Wiring and Harness Design (SEWHD) 2021 but finds the licensing tool (LicensingTool.exe) is no longer available in the installation folder. 

The last version of SEWHD that still has borrowing capability is 20.1 SP 2012.

SEWHD had its licensing toolkit changed for version 2021 and the executable LicensingTool.exe  was intentionally removed. 

For this reason, License borrowing functionality is no longer available with SEWHD 2021 and subsequent versions.
